SCF Technologies has developed the CatLiq® process which is a 2nd / 3rd generation biofuelstechnology that is able to convert wet waste streams such as e.g. sludge, manure and residues from food production into a green oil which on a volumetric basis has a heating value similar to crude oil. The CatLiq® technology supplements already existing green energy technologies like wind, sun and biogas. A key differentiating factor of CatLiq® is that the consumption of CatLiq® bio oil is flexible in time and place – CatLiq® bio oil is easy to store and easy to transport and can hence be used
when the actual need is there . Furthermore, the CatLiq® bio oil is characterized by its high energy recovery level in the bio oil and its high CO2 savings potential.

The unique and patent pending CatLiq® process has been developed over the past 10 years and is characterised by its high feed-side flexibility and its high quality oil output. Feeds may be used seperately or in a mix. The CatLiq®-oil may e.g. be used as a substitute for fossil fuels in oil fired power plants, coal fired power plants, Combined Heat and Power plants, diesel generators and may be further processed into
fuels for transportation.

SCF is located in Greater Copenhagen, Denmark, and the shares are listed on the Nasdaq/OMX Nordic Exchange Copenhagen. For more information, please consult SCF webpage
